Faranhyll Ranch

Faranhyll has a lot of history to us. Mogli designed and built this house. It was built so that every window in that house had either views of Mt. Sopris or miles of open land. Both Piper and Tate graduated high school while living on Faranhyll – ohhh the stories that could be told from those walls. Mogli went on to sell the house moving to Idaho and the house lost its luster. After buying it back in 2019, Mogli and Tate worked with Cuc Construction to put the heart back into this mountain masterpiece – completely renovating the house. We’re proud to say the house sold and the family has moved in to make new memories in a place we will always cherish. Check out who we worked with and shop some of our looks below.
