Elk Track is what inspired us all to realize that we could really do all things GREAT with Palomino Development. The duplex units will have views of Sopris or the golf course and will be between 3-4 bedrooms per unit. Aesthetics will follow a rustic mountain modern motif with attention to detail in every room.
We are in the schematic design phase on Oasis Creek. This land will be the future build of 6 duplex homes (12 total units) and will be built in a phased approach. Building to start in 2022.
Bruce Road (Completed)
We completed the build of a 6-bay garage in New Castle.
